《　商品について　》

●strap
・ハンドメイドの為、仕上がりには多少の個体差があり、写真と実際の品が若干異なる場合もございます。strap一点一点の個性を楽しんで頂けると幸いです。

・つなぎ目や編み終わりは焼き留めをしております。不良品等ではございませんので、ご了承ください。

・表記の寸法から±1〜3cm程度の差が出る場合がございます。

・ありがたい事に現在たくさんのご注文を頂いております。また製作はひとりで行っている為、オーダーはお受けできかねます。

《　返品について　》

●商品の初期不良による返品交換の場合
商品は検品後発送しておりますが、万が一商品の不備など明らかな初期不良が見受けられる場合、ご注文と異なる商品が到着した場合、BASEのお問い合わせフォームよりご連絡をお願い致します。こちらからの返信後、現物のお写真を確認させて頂きご対応いたします。

●お客様都合の返品交換の場合
お客様ご都合(イメージが違った、オーダーミス等)による商品の交換及び返品、返金の対応はお受けできかねますのでご了承ください。
※ご注文後のキャンセルもお受けできかねます。

《　修理について　》
できる限り丈夫に製作しておりますが、落としたり過大な負担がかかるとやはり金具の破損や紐が解けてしまう可能性はございます。

金具やキーホルダーの交換、紐の編み直し等の修理をご希望のお客様は、BASEのお問い合わせフォームよりご連絡をお願い致します。
こちらからの返信後、現物のお写真を確認させて頂きご対応いたします。
お直しなどの場合にかかる送料、工賃はお客様に御負担いただく可能性がございます。

※商品の状態によっては、修理を承れない場合もございますのでご了承ください。

● For domestic delivery

● For international delivery
Usually shipped within 4-10 days

It will be delivered by EMS outside of Japan.

※ If the item is returned due to an incorrect address, we will have to pay the shipping fee again. Please make sure to enter it correctly.

*Please note that we are not responsible for any problems such as accidents or loss during shipping.

《 About the goods]

●strap
·Because it is handmade, there are some individual differences in the finish, and the actual product may be slightly different from the one in the photo. I would appreciate it if you could enjoy the individuality of each strap.

·We burn the knots and the end of knitting. Please understand that it is not a defective product.

·There may be a difference of ±1 to 3 cm depending on the dimensions indicated.

·Thankfully, we are currently receiving a lot of orders. Also, we cannot accept orders because we produce them by ourselves.

《 Regarding the return of goods 》

● In the case of a return or exchange due to an initial failure of the product
The product was shipped after inspection, but if you see a clear initial defect, such as a defect in the product, please contact us via the inquiry form of BASE if you receive a different product from your order. After we reply, we will take care of it after checking the actual photo.

● In case of return and exchange for customer's convenience
Please understand that we cannot accept the exchange, return, or refund of the product due to customer circumstances (different image, wrong order, etc.).
*We cannot accept cancellations after ordering.

《 Regarding repair 》
We make it as sturdy as possible, but if you drop it or put too much pressure on it, there is a possibility that the metal fitting will be damaged or the string will be untied.

If you would like to repair metal fittings, key rings, or re-knitting strings, please contact us using the inquiry form of BASE.
After we reply, we will take care of it after checking the actual photo.
You may have to pay for the shipping and labor costs in case of repairs.

*Please note that depending on the condition of the product, we may not be able to repair it.
